It all started when I found out I was 3 months pregnant. They Dr. thought I
was having twins. After a sonogram they thought there was a growth in my left
ovary. At 4 months they went in to remove the growth. They learned that it
was not in the ovary but actual attached to the thin muscle lining the holds
the uterus in place. To remove it would mean I may have lost my child, and I
refused. During the 5 months that followed the growth continued to inlarge at
the same rate as my child. Since the Dr. didn't have a book case we just went
a day at a time. At 9 months I delivered a healthy baby boy. The plan was to
remove the growth during a c-section. What they discovered was a 9cm ball on
the top of my uterus that had wrapped around my uterus and became so large
that when it hit my left hip it grew back around a behind my uterus. It was
so large and so vascular that my Dr. felt it was to much of a risk to remove
at that time. 6 weeks later I went back in to have it removed. It was at
this time they did a biopsy. It came back as a sarcoma and they immediately
removed uterus & ovaries. They performed a saline wash and the Dr. felt for
more lumps and found none at that time. My test came back with no metosis. I
have gone in for a pelvic exam every 3 months, but I'm not sure I'm doing
everything that I can to prevent this from happening again, but with worse
results. I'm suffering with lower back pains now and have shared this with
my Dr. I'm not sure if it's just from caring a new baby around. I've tried
to share my concern with my Dr., but he seems to think its just muscle spasms.
Since my growth was actual benign, should I worry? I've recently had a
complete physical and everthing came back fine. I don't know if the blood
test would have showed anything? Do they test for this type of cancer cells
at a routine exam? If you could let me know in what quantities I should start
taking the herbs and vitamins you listed on your web site. I would appreciate
it. I have drank green tea for many years and sometimes wonder if that helped
prevent this growth from metastising. If you could give me a Dr. I could
write to ask these questions I would be very thankful. Kent I thank you and
your family for allowing you the time to take the time to create and keep up
with this site. I to believe the Lord has given me a second chance. I would
send support, but my husband has recently undergone a kidney transplant and
money is rather tight. God Bless You and Your Family. I will be looking
forward to hearing from you.
