We have found doctors who specialize in sarcomas... they are at UCLA.... Dr. Eilber, Surgeon, and Dr. Chawla, oncologist.... My husband will undergo surgery on Monday, July 13th for a mass in his abdomen... It is 6.9 cm and his second surgery... His first was in November of 1996, when a Hughe mass was removed along with a kidney... The kidney had died from the pressure of the mass. We have learned many things this past two years...

1. Sarcoma's flourish on vitamins.
2. Chemo does not work on Leiomyosarcoma.

Get on the internet if you are interested in reaching UCLA Medical Center and the doctors.... good luck to all of you going through this battle with cancer... Our thoughts and prayers are yours... We will beat this..... Bert & Owen
